                               RESOLUTION NO. 20702
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF THE
                  CLAIMS ARISING FROM CONTRACT NO. 74A, BOY
                  SCOUT ROAD PUMPING STATION, WITH HAREN
                  CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, WHICH INCREASES THE
                  CONTRACT AMOUNT BY FORTY-SIX THOUSAND, THREE
                  HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($46,340.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       settlement of the claims arising from Contract No. 74A, Boy Scout 

       Road Pumping Station, with Haren Construction Company, which
       increases the contract amount by $46,340.00.
